Job summary

Allied Universal in Rialto, CA, is seeking a Security Officer Screening Review to protect client sites and ensure compliant access control. You will screen people, packages, and materials, support incident response, and patrol the distribution area to deter threats.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, background check, drug screening, and suitable licensing where required. This is a full-time night-shift position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Screen packages, shipments, and authorized personnel per site procedures and screening requirements.
• Monitor access points and shipping areas, verify credentials and documentation, and report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location, loading areas, and perimeter.
