Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Guard Full Time Screening Operations in Rialto, CA to protect clients across logistics sites. You will monitor access points, screen packages, conduct routine patrols, and report security incidents while delivering professional customer service.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma, background check, drug screen, and possible licensing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with all laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Screen packages, shipments, and personnel according to site procedures; report irregularities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond calmly to incidents following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and ad hoc patrols of loading areas, yards, entrances and perimeter.
