Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, is seeking a Security Officer Screening Operations in Bloomington, CA. You will screen personnel, visitors, and materials, monitor access points, and report security concerns while upholding Allied Universal’s culture of teamwork and integrity.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license in the job state.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Screen individuals, packages, and vehicles entering or departing the location according to procedures.
• Monitor access points, inspect credentials and shipping-related documents, and report unauthorized activity or irregularities.
• Respond to incidents and communicate observations to site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
