• Screen individuals, packages, and authorized property entering or leaving the facility in accordance with procedures.
• Monitor access points, shipping and receiving areas, and screening equipment, documenting observations and incidents.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

As a Security Officer Screening Compliance in Bloomington, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener at a logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by screening people, vehicles, and/or materials, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in the job state. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven culture.

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
