Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Screen individuals, packages, and authorized property entering or leaving the facility in accordance with procedures.
• Monitor access points, shipping and receiving areas, and screening equipment, documenting observations and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals, packages, and authorized property entering or leaving the facility in accordance with established site procedures.
• Monitor access points, shipping and receiving areas, and screening equipment; document observations, discrepancies, and incidents as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
