Qualifications

• Six months of security-related experience required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and reporting concerns.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and deliveries per site procedures and verify access.
• Monitor entry/exit points, inspect packages and materials as directed.
• Respond to incidents calmly following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols around the facility and document observations.
