Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Screening Records Clerk in Dallas, TX. You will provide security screening, monitor access points, and report concerns to protect clients in logistics and distribution locations.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and the use of technology to support daily operations. Previous security-related experience and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site procedures, verifying authorized access and reporting irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor entry and exit points, inspect packages and materials as directed, and deter unauthorized removal of property.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, loading areas, and perimeter, documenting observations and security-related concerns.
