The role emphasizes professional customer service and the use of computer/tablet tools to document activity. Minimum requirements include 6 months of security-related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of security-related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by conducting site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel for authorization and credentials.
Inspect packages and items for discrepancies per site policy and report prohibited items.
Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with leadership as needed.
Conduct patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
