Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and deliveries per access-control procedures.
• Verify identification, credentials, and authorization for entry; direct individuals to check-in or access points.
• Monitor screening equipment and systems; document observations and report irregularities per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations, escalate to leadership as appropriate.
