Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and delivery personnel per site procedures.
• Screen personnel, packages and items entering or leaving the location according to procedures.
• Verify IDs, access credentials, shipping docs and visitor authorization; keep logs.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and communicate observations to site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
