Allied Universal in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a Security Officer Personnel Screening to protect clients across industries. You will screen visitors, monitor access points, verify IDs, maintain logs, and provide courteous, professional service in a welcoming environment.

As a Full Time Screener, you will follow site policies, respond to incidents calmly, perform routine patrols, and coordinate with staff to ensure a safe, secure, and positive experience for employees and guests.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Verify identification and credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals to the appropriate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting concerns through established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
