Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed or 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• Criminal history considered consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site procedures.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and vehicles per post procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report details through proper channels.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, document entries and screenings.
• Conduct regular patrols and observe for suspicious activity or policy violations.
