Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation in accordance with laws will be conducted.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Screen visitors, contractors, deliveries, and personal property per access-control procedures.
• Verify identifications and authorizations; document visitor activity and direct to proper locations.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property and report security concerns.
