Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Security Dispatcher in Las Vegas to join a close-knit team providing vital security coverage. You will manage visitor access, monitor CCTV and alarms, and coordinate incident responses with the Security Operations Center.

Strong computer skills and frontline customer service are essential. The role emphasizes quick emergency response, report-taking, and collaboration with internal staff and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a current Nevada Guard Card.
• Must possess CPR/First-Aid Certification.
• Must possess a Valid Nevada Driver's License or State ID.
• Requires proof of Education, High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and various computer programs.
• Successful completion of a background review and drug screening.
• Dispatch and radio operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control duties including guest management.
• Greet guests and provide customer service.
• Issue access badges (temporary, vendor, guest).
• Monitor CCTV/Alarm systems in Reception Area.
• Assist facilities team members as needed.
• Take reports and investigate incidents on property.
• Coordinate with authorities and vendors as required.
