The Kintock Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to lead monitors and ensure strict adherence to contract requirements. You will train staff, conduct counts, and enforce safety and security policies across facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred with supervisory/management training.
• 1 year as an Operations Monitor or 2 years related experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, develop and monitor monitors.
• Assist in scheduling to cover each shift per contract requirements.
• Ensure resident supervisors complete duties, including counts, per contract and policy.
• Train new employees, address complaints, approve/deny PTO, and schedule coverage.
• Conduct investigations regarding resident misconduct.
• Provide orientation/training on contract and company policies for monitors.
