• Conducts routine patrols throughout hospital facilities to identify safety hazards, suspicious activity, and unauthorized access.
• Assists with visitor management, access control, and de-escalation of conflicts while providing excellent customer service and support.

Scheduling Requirement

• Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 3PM-11:30PM.

What We Require for this Role

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Criminal Justice background, law enforcement related fields preferred.

Related Work Experience

• Sufficient previous experience in security and safety operations
• Experience in healthcare preferred

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

• Valid PA Driver's License with a good driving record.
