Job summary

Meow Wolf in Grapevine, TX seeks a Safety & Security Manager to lead security personnel and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure guest and employee safety. You will work with operations, HR, and facilities to enforce safety programs, policies, and security protocols.

The role requires 5+ years in a leadership safety role, OSHA 30 certification, and a background in loss prevention, with strong communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in safety & security, preferably hospitality or related industries.
• Demonstrated work as a Safety & Security Manager or Supervisor.
• OSHA 30 - General Industry Certification.
• Established history of creating safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Loss Prevention programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate security activities to safeguard assets, staff, guests, and visitors.
• Oversee contracted security services and audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and KPIs for contract security teams.
• Schedule all full-time and part-time Security Officers.
• Ensure adherence to budget and justify over-budget spending.
