Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in security & safety operations.
• Good knowledge of local laws, investigative methods, and fire safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Security Department with the Assistant Security Manager.
• Train security personnel in their areas of responsibility.
• Supervise security staff to ensure compliance with regulations and hotel policy.
• Promote safety attitudes among employees and ensure guest safety.
• Investigate thefts and report incidents; document actions.
• Coordinate with other departments and respond to emergencies.
