Hashgraph is hiring a Head of Security to build the security function for a digital asset trading platform within a dedicated business unit. You will set governance, risk, and policy, aligning with regulators and institutional partners.

You will lead custody, wallet infrastructure, smart contract security governance, incident response, and cross-functional collaboration to embed security into engineering and product development as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in information security with at least five years in senior leadership.
• Experience designing and running security governance, policy, risk, audit, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Set security strategy, policy framework, and risk management for the business unit with governance and escalation paths.
• Determine necessary certifications, attestations, and regulatory alignments; manage third-party risk and regulatory contacts.
• Oversee custody/wallet infrastructure and key management; ensure secure SDLC and incident response; coordinate with legal/compliance.
