Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Manager, Security to lead our contracted guard force and physical security of assets in the United States. You will oversee access control, CCTV, and IDS/IT systems while aligning security with business objectives.

The role requires extensive security leadership, ITAR experience, and the ability to travel up to 15%. Pre-employment checks and clearance requirements apply as part of protecting critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the field of security.
• 5+ years in security management supervising staff.
• Experience with ITAR regulations.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the overall site security strategy.
• Advise senior management through high‑level briefings.
• Establish procedures to mitigate security gaps and vulnerabilities.
• Maintain compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, develop, and implement security measures and response plans.
• Participate in government and industry security groups to stay updated.
• Maintain CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Assess effectiveness of security systems and respond to issues.
• Make decisions in routine and crisis situations.
• Drive efficient work processes and prompt issue resolution.
