GardaWorld Security Services in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Tactical Security Rover Officer. You will patrol environments such as retail stores and airports, read environments, and rapidly respond to threats while protecting people and property.

The role emphasizes observation, risk anticipation, and collaboration with local authorities. You will be expected to maintain a professional appearance, follow procedures, and participate in ongoing security trainings.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Valid driver's license required
• First aid certification is an asset
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• BSIS Guard Card and additional trainings qualify you for this role

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property

As a Security Officer - Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Site Location: Mission Viejo, CA Set schedule: 40 hours per week
• 1st Shift: a) Thursday - Friday,12:00 am - 8:30 am b) Saturday - Monday,3:30 pm - 12:00 am

Responsibilities Of Tactical Security Guard

Qualifications Of Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• First aid certification is an asset
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
