GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to provide premier customer service at locations such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers in Las Vegas. You will build meaningful connections with visitors and colleagues while maintaining safety and security.

The role offers full-time and part-time swing shifts in Las Vegas North, NV, with a competitive $16/hour wage, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• PILB license in hand.
• Valid driver's license.
• 21 years of age or older.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 7 days of offer.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Superior people skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Observe and report on activity at the location.
• Patrol on foot and by car; use alternative means if provided.
• Limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats for a safe experience.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: Las Vegas North, NV
• Set schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Swing Shifts Available.
• Shift 1: Swing: 2pm-10pm: Wednesday to Sunday.
• Shift 2: PT Swing: 3pm-11pm: Saturday/Monday & Tuesday: hours may change within swing shift.
• Shift 3: PT Swing: 3pm-11pm Friday & Saturday: hours may change within swing shift.

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You are a great Team player!
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You present a physical deterrent by performing Patrols on foot and by car, or alternative means provided.
• You limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats for a safe experience.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You can operate and maintain vehicle and other assigned equipment safely.

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• If you have Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience; even better!
• You have a PILB in hand.
• You have superior people skills.
• You have a valid Driver's License.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You have superior work ethic and integrity!
• You have or can obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification within 7 days of an offer.
• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
