Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services in Napa, CA is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to deliver exceptional front-desk security and customer service. You will welcome visitors, verify identities, manage access, and perform patrols to identify risks across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Requirements include authorization to work in the U.S., a High School Diploma or GED, and at least one year of security experience.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of security experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32hr BSIS trainings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols and identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety of individuals and property.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: Napa, CA
• Set schedule: 32 hours a week, Saturday/Sunday, 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm, Thursday/Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Qualifications For Concierge Security Officer

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• One year of security experience required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
