GardaWorld Security is seeking a dedicated Concierge Security Officer to provide welcoming, professional service at client sites such as office towers and hotels. The role emphasizes customer engagement, access control, and vigilant observation.

The position offers a set Monday to Wednesday schedule (24 hours, part time) with a competitive $22.00 hourly wage, dailyPay option, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED.
• Able to pass extensive screening including background and drug test.
• Texas Security License or ability to obtain one.
• 18 years or older.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and verify identity at secure entries.
• Manage access control and patrol assigned areas.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Escort visitors and guide guests as needed.
• Maintain safety of people and property.

As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Able to stand and walk for periods of time
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Follow policies and procedures
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you are able to pass both background and drug screen
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a Texas Security License or ability to obtain one
• You are at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirement
