Qualifications

• Hands-on security operations and incident response leadership.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and IOC analysis across environments.
• Experience with SIEM platforms and proficiency writing/dining detection queries (KQL, SPL, Sigma, YARA).
• Experience with EDR/XDR platforms including triage, investigation, containment.
• Scripting/automation using Python/PowerShell/Bash; AI-assisted development acceptable if explainable.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI) including logging and security monitoring.
• Identity security understanding: MFA, conditional access, privileged access, token abuse.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; independent, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoint, identity, network, cloud, SaaS, and applications.
• Lead end-to-end incident response — detection through containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident improvements.
• Build, tune, and maintain detection logic across SIEM, EDR, cloud, and network platforms; conduct proactive threat hunting.
• Develop and maintain SecOps tooling, scripts, API integrations, and workflow automations.
• Apply AI responsibly in SecOps workflows, with the ability to explain, validate, test, and maintain all AI-assisted outputs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to close telemetry gaps and translate findings into lasting security improvements.
