Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator/Project Manager with a focus on security systems implementations and construction projects in West Palm Beach, FL. You will attend meetings with cross-functional teams, manage on-site activities, and drive issue resolution, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–5+ years in project coordination or project management in construction, security, or facilities.
• Familiar with low-voltage, mechanical, and security technology concepts a plus.
• Strong organization and stakeholder communication skills; proficient with Jira/Confluence/Google Workspace.
• Ability to read floor plans and manage multiple concurrent projects with on-time progress.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedule and design-review calendar across build pipeline.
• Coordinate vendor/integrator logistics including RFIs, submittals, and bid evaluation.
• Prepare and evaluate RFP/SOW and bid documentation for security installations.
• Review design docs for compliance with standards and log issues as required.
• Attend design, PM, OAC, and construction meetings with stakeholders.
• Oversee construction-security logistics and secure storage of equipment.
• Produce status reports and conduct on-site inspections including final acceptance testing.
• Drive punch-list resolution, lessons-learned, and contractor performance reviews.
