Responsibilities

• Coordinate security-related tasks, schedules, resources, and dependencies with operations, technical teams, and business partners.
• Prepare and deliver meeting materials, action-item tracking, and status updates for senior leadership.
• Maintain visibility into initiative progress, risks, and impacts; escalate issues as needed.
• Organize project information and consolidate updates across stakeholders.
• Apply structured approaches to requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for security initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-team discussions to align scope, timelines and expectations.
• Support strategic planning and capture metrics, impacts, or findings.
