Uhl Company in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead security, ICT and life-safety projects from kickoff to closeout.

You'll coordinate access control, CCTV, fire alarm, structured cabling, and audio/visual systems for healthcare, education and commercial clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strong client communication. Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and project management software.

At Uhl Company, you'll manage commercial security, low-voltage, and life safety projects for healthcare, education, commercial, and institutional customers. You'll own the project—from kickoff to closeout - while working alongside an experienced team that values quality, accountability, and doing the job right.

What You'll Do

You'll lead multiple security and ICT projects while managing:

• Access Control
• Video Surveillance (CCTV)
• Fire Alarm coordination
• Structured Cabling (Copper & Fiber)
• Audio/Visual Systems
• Paging & Mass Notification

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing projects from kickoff through closeout
• Maintaining project budgets, schedules, and profitability
• Leading customer and contractor meetings
• Coordinating field teams and subcontractors
• Managing change orders and project documentation
• Supporting commissioning, testing, and project turnover
• Providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For
