Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services seeks a Project Manager to lead planning, organization, and oversight of construction activities for electronic security system installations in diverse environments.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, supervise teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, and drive strategic project execution to ensure profitability and high-quality delivery. Travel to remote locations may be required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years in project management within construction, security integration or mission-critical environments
  • Minimum of two (2) years of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection and SCIF construction
  • Ability to obtain or maintain U.S. Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher)
  • Leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, as well as manage delivery timeframes
  • Experience managing multiple projects (portfolio) of at least $1M, while working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of PM techniques and tools, general knowledge of contract laws and regulations
  • Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business
  • Proficient in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and BI tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations
  • Willingness and ability to travel to remote locations up to90%

Responsibilities

Job Description

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Associate’s DegreeEngineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Factory certifications in relevant technology platforms such as (Software House, Lenel,Brivo, Open Options,Exacq, American Dynamics, Milestone,OnSSI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ProjectManagementSoftware Procure, MS Project, or similar software
  • Certifications in any of the following PMP, Agile, Waterfall

BENEFITS:

  • Pay: $110k-$175k annually + company vehicle + gas card + 4% quarterly bonus potential + 4% annual bonus potential
