You will collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants and customers to drive projects forward and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in project coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability and willingness to learn new PM tools.
• Interest in IT, cybersecurity, cloud technology, or managed services.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules, task lists, and docs.
• Track milestones, deadlines, dependencies and open items.
• Coordinate meetings with customers, engineers, consultants and teams.
• Prepare agendas, notes and status updates for projects.
• Maintain accurate project information in Thrive systems.
• Communicate updates and action items to stakeholders.
