Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category
• 3–10 years of experience in a relevant analysis role, with some recent experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, content management, and website maintenance of the Security Programs Office (SPO) pages.
• Collaborate with OCIO to ensure updates are managed by the SETA Team.
• Process service requests in ServiceNow and track status.
• Support Security Awareness months with materials and messaging in coordination with OCCA and OCIO.
• Design training aids and materials with SPO stakeholders and DCSA branding guidelines.
• Contribute to SETA program briefings and informational slide decks.
• Back-fill Security Programs Database support personnel as needed.
• Support DCSA SATE initiative and monitor ServiceNow entries as directed.
