Responsibilities

• Design, content management, and website maintenance for the Security Programs Office pages.
• Coordinate with OCIO to update site content and build-out by the SETA Team.
• Input service requests in ServiceNow and track status.
• Support Security Awareness months with materials and messaging.
• Create training aids, banners, newsletters with branding guidelines.
• Capture monthly security training metrics and prepare reports.
• Cross-train to back-fill Security Programs Database support.
• Support the DCSA SATE initiative and monitor ServiceNow.
