Job summary

Core One is seeking a Special Security Support Technician to support the DCSA-SPO program. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and focuses on design, content management, and website maintenance for the Security Programs Office pages.

You will collaborate with OCIO and OCCA to ensure content updates, track SETA tasks in ServiceNow, and support security awareness efforts with training materials and monthly metrics reporting.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–10 years of analysis experience, with recent work in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Design, content management, and site maintenance of the Security Programs Office pages.
• Collaborate with OCIO to update website content by the SETA Team.
• Manage SETA tasks in ServiceNow and track status of requests.
• Support Security Awareness months in coordination with OCCA and OCIO.
• Create training aids, banners, newsletters, and materials with branding guidelines.
• Assist with training materials and monthly metrics reporting.
• Help establish SETA policy and procedures.
• Prepare briefings and slide decks for SETA efforts.
• Cross-train to back-fill Security Programs Database support.
• Support DCSA SATE initiative and monitor CATMS and related systems.
