Qualifications

• Associate degree and minimum 24 months’ experience, or four years’ experience with no degree.
• One year of supervisory experience and one year of policy/report writing experience.
• Experience in security, emergency management, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security department operations and supervise assigned officers.
• Review incident reports, maintain documentation, and report to leadership.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and training.
• Prepare security budget requests and manage resources.
