Job summary

Apple Services Engineering (ASE) Security team is seeking a Security Engineering Program Manager to help manage and scale the Security Assurance Scaling program. You will drive security standards across Apple’s infrastructure and application lifecycles, turning findings into reusable engineering practices.

You will partner with security engineers and senior leaders to prioritize capabilities, align roadmaps, and report program health using dashboards and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Manager or Technical Program Manager.
• 2+ years of experience managing projects or programs in the field of security.
• BS in technical field or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize cross-functional security initiatives and programs requiring security domain and engineering knowledge.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and changes by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources.
• Create project plans delivering alignment across teams with clarity.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to distill requirements and anticipate roadblocks.
• Influence peers and stakeholders and build consensus in ambiguity.
• Develop and own communication plans for status, issues, and risks.
• Define and report on program health, success metrics, and progress.
• Leverage data to drive strategic decisions and prioritization at leadership level.
