Job summary

Akima Systems Engineering (ASE), an Akima company, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a national security program at a customer site in Arlington, VA. You will oversee security project delivery, manage budgets, and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure success.

Role requires 10+ years in program management, strong financial acumen, and an active Secret clearance. You will coordinate a cross-functional team across remote and on-site personnel and ensure compliance with security

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in program management.
Active Secret clearance required.
Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the execution of multiple concurrent security projects in a dynamic customer environment.
Ensure alignment of project deliverables with customer expectations, contractual obligations, and organizational goals.
Monitor and report on program performance, risks, and milestones using standardized PM methodologies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customer leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
