Job summary

Anthropic seeks a Technical Program Manager for Security to drive high-stakes security programs spanning security engineering, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams. You will own strategy, planning, and execution to meet Responsible Scaling Policy commitments while developing a scalable security posture for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Experience driving cross-functional projects and interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience executing technical programs requiring systems and engineering knowledge.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity or regulatory compliance.
• Experience leveraging LLMs to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
• Experience reporting on complex programs with data-driven benchmarks and SQL queries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence without authority and mobilize cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end security program execution for RSP readiness across Security Engineering, Infrastructure, Research, and Compliance.
• Coordinate multi-team deployments and migrations with change-management across engineering organizations.
• Make real-time trade-off decisions balancing security controls, research velocity, and operational feasibility.
• Create program charters, define roles, timelines, and formalize communication strategies with clear success metrics.
• Partner with third-party vendors to manage security aspects of infrastructure partnerships and assurance processes.
• Lead stakeholder communications and executive reporting with regular status updates and risk visibility.
