Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly organized Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver complex security initiatives across hyperscale data center environments with a strong focus on compliance, resiliency, operational readiness, and risk reduction.

You will provide strategic oversight and execution leadership for critical security programs, including projects where deployment scope was deferred or partially completed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading technical project and program management activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of PMO functions, governance, reporting, and cross-functional delivery models.
• Experience managing large, complex initiatives involving security, infrastructure, operations, or mission-critical environments.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery for complex security initiatives across hyperscale data center environments.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive alignment and progress.
• Monitor status, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies to stay on schedule.
• Ensure alignment with scope, compliance expectations, and enterprise standards.
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
• Support readiness activities to ensure security solutions are deployed and transitioned to operations.
• Drive risk reduction and remediation of deferred or legacy deployments.
