  • Compile, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), compliance metrics, and operational data to support leadership decision-making.
  • Perform data queries, exception reporting, and reporting support using systems including IBONS, NIGHTS, ESAMS, and other approved government applications.
  • Extract, organize, analyze, and present data using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools to identify trends, support audits, and provide leadership with actionable information.
  • Utilize approved AI‑assisted productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Ask Sage, Gemini, Grok, Capra, or similar technologies) to improve administrative efficiency, summarize information, assist with data analysis, and identify trends while ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity, privacy, and information protection requirements.
  • Support secure handling, organization, storage, and tracking of sensitive case materials, investigative documentation, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and other protected information in accordance with DoD and NAVAIR policies.
  • Coordinate NMCI account activities, software requests, workstation support actions, and cybersecurity compliance activities.
  • Receive, route, track, and maintain official correspondence; prepare routine memorandums and documentation; process items through DON Tracker; and maintain organized electronic and hard‑copy records.
  • Assist in preparing executive briefings, presentations, reports, and other leadership materials while ensuring appropriate protection and marking of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate Defense Travel System (DTS) travel authorizations and related travel documentation.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, schedule conference rooms, support visitor coordination, and assist with facility access requirements.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to IG/FES leadership while ensuring compliance with applicable security, records management, privacy, and information assurance requirements.
  • Support program management activities by collecting, organizing, tracking, and analyzing program status, schedules, documentation, and project information.
Qualifications Required

  • Active Secret clearance with the ability to maintain eligibility.
  • Experience supporting program management, administrative, analytical, or security‑related functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI‑enabled productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Ask Sage, Grok, Capra, or similar LLMs) to improve efficiency, automate routine tasks, analyze data, and develop written products.
  • Ability to develop effective prompts, validate AI‑generated content, and apply sound judgment while protecting CUI, PII, and other sensitive information in accordance with DoD cybersecurity and privacy requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Qualifications Desired
