Job Description

As a Security Professional - Residential Access Control in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries, including Residential. Your role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to deter incidents and ensure a secure environment for residents and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, supported by your strong communication and customer service skills. Position Details

• Type: Full Time
• Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Schedule

• Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following access control procedures, site policies, and responding to emergencies.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and critical situations.
• Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unwanted activity and observe security incidents.
• Document and report security incidents, unusual activities, or maintenance issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and management to address concerns and assist as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience with access control or badge systems preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Possession of a Texas Security Professional Guard Card preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check required, conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening required, as permitted by law.
• State/local licensing requirements may apply.
