Experience

This role is remote, ideal for stay-at-home career seekers or those looking to add another income stream. No prior experience needed—our company provides comprehensive training! Being local to the SF Bay Area is a plus for in-person collaboration, but fully remote work with quarterly gatherings is also possible.

Work Types

No financial experience is required initially, as training is hands-on. However, skills in public speaking, customer service, accounting/software, or business skills can help you progress faster.

Description

• Develop Financial Need Analysis (FNA) for clients
• Assist families, individuals, and business owners in gaining financial advantages such as:

1. Protecting assets/funds
2. Building and leaving a legacy
3. Implementing index strategies
4. Debt management services
5. Estate planning with our legal team
6. Various types of life insurance
7. Different types of annuities
8. Final Expense planning

Work Schedule

• Part Time: 6-10 hours per week, flexible per individual
• Leads: We teach warm and cold market client acquisition strategies (no purchasing leads)
• Remote work via Zoom
• Partnered with a Field Trainer for guidance through training and client prospecting
• Three group trainings plus one-on-one sessions weekly

Compensation

• Performance-driven with no ceiling—helping one client could earn $3,000 or more
• Residual income from past work annually
• Passive income from the agency
• Bonuses, paid travel, and more

Mandatory Qualifications

• If you lack a Life & Health license, you must be willing to study and pass for your state. Most license exams can be completed in 5-14 days.
• We assist throughout the certification process; additional licenses (e.g., securities) are optional.

• Pass a background check (no felonies or misdemeanors)
• U.S. Social Security Number
• Reside in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada during initial process
• At least 18 years old (federal requirement)
