Job Description

As a Security Professional - Lobby Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Front Desk professional in a commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for monitoring the entry point, greeting visitors, and assisting tenants and guests with inquiries. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents and promotes a welcoming atmosphere. You will communicate clearly and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining awareness of your surroundings. Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and staff at the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional presence.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.
• Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.
• Communicate with building management and emergency services when appropriate, following established procedures.
• Support customer service needs by addressing inquiries and providing information relevant to the location.
• Assist in implementing emergency response activities as outlined in site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• California Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
