Your Role:

As a Real Estate Agent or Broker Associate with BuyerFirst, you will:

Buyer Agent Responsibilities:
  • Educate buyers on representation agreements and compensation structure post-NAR settlement.
  • Guide clients through the offer process, inspection period, and close of escrow with confidence and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with in-house lending partners to provide seamless financing and bundled services that simplify the experience for your clients.
  • Articulate your value clearly in the absence of traditional commission sharing by listing agents.
Listing Agent Responsibilities:
  • Secure and market listings using modern tools, digital advertising, and AI-assisted pricing and prep strategies.
  • Advise sellers on market conditions, buyer behavior, and compensation dynamics in the new regulatory landscape.
  • Leverage company branding, transaction support, and lending coordination to drive listings to close with professionalism and efficiency.
We’re Looking For:
  • Active California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (Required)
  • Dually Licensed (MLO + RE) candidates highly preferred
  • At least 6 months of transaction experience, or strong sales/service background with drive to succeed
  • High comfort level with client-facing conversations around compensation, contracts, and strategy
  • A business mindset with a commitment to coaching, accountability, and growth
