Job Description




As a Security Professional - Government Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.45 / Hour

What You'll Do:

    Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Applicants must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
