As a Security Professional - Front Desk Patrol in Lake City, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents through your visibility and professionalism. You will play a key role in maintaining order at the front desk, responding to inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, drivers, and employees at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and logging visitors and deliveries as required by site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related concerns or unusual activity.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, following location protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
