Job summary

Allied Universal in Miami Beach is seeking a Security Flex Guard - Rover patrol to safeguard residents at a gated community or hotel. The role includes access control and visible patrols with strong customer service and communication.

Requirements include Florida Security License D and prior security experience. Must be 21+, able to work outdoors, and stand/walk for long periods. Pay is $19/hour with flexible schedules and full-time options, plus benefits.

As a Security Flex Guard - Rover patrol, you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium, or apartment complex. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Wage Rate: $19.00 /per hour

*Must have (No Exceptions):

• Valid Florida Security License D License
• Security Experience required.
• Updated resume detailing security experience, relevant skills, and qualification
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills, Professional attitude & Magnificent work ethic.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Must have excellent customer service, be professional & responsible.
• Required, ability to use a computer or tablet.
• Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
