Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Flex Officer Rover for our Medley, FL location. This full- or part-time role involves patrolling client sites, handling safety and security procedures, and responding calmly to incidents.

A Florida D license and security experience are required, with 18+ or 21+ age depending on assignment. The position offers a flexible schedule (Monday–Friday), competitive pay of $17.00 per hour, and opportunities for training and career growth within a leading security

Payrate: $17.00/ per hour

Location: Medley, FL

Work schedule: Monday - Friday

Must have Security Experience, required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Required (No Exceptions):

• Valid Florida Security License D License
• Valid Driver's License

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Must be comfortable walking and standing for long periods of time
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and indoors in all aspects of the weather
• Computer Knowledge, Customer Service, and Radio communication clearly etc.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
