Job summary

All Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer to support a variety of client sites across industries. The role uses a shift-pickup platform to select assignments, offering flexible scheduling and real-world site experience.

The position pays $16.32 per hour and requires a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, with background checks and possible drug screening. On-site work and broad responsibilities across patrols, access control, and incident reporting

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with all applicable laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed in some states).
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions.
• Monitor entrances and exits and grant access to authorized persons.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary.
