Job summary

Saliense in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Business Analyst to support development and help desk teams. You will proactively manage timelines, translate complex requirements into clear language, and maintain accurate documentation and user guides for policies and procedures.

Collaborate with developers, SMEs, and end users to keep information up to date, follow style guides, and ensure accessibility standards are considered. A Public Trust Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, edits, and maintains a repository of security policies, procedures, guidelines, handbooks, and best practices.
• Proactively manages timelines and meets all deadlines.
• Collaborates daily and participates in team level document reviews and revisions.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to gather accurate and up-to-date information.
• Translates complex requirement concepts into clear language for a diverse audience (technical and non-technical).
• Ensures documentation is well-organized, easy to navigate, and adheres to style guides.
• Develops and maintains user guides, training materials, and other communication pieces related to security policies.
• Keeps existing policies up-to-date and is responsible for reviewing, updating, and maintaining policies as regulations change.
