Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance or higher.
• 13+ years of experience supporting strategic planning, governance, or policy functions.
• Experience researching, interpreting, and drafting Federal/DoD cybersecurity policy, governance, or statutory‑compliance products.
• Experience with security policy development and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Policy recommendations addressing governance, security, and responsible use of emerging AI capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Support development and refinement of governance processes.
• Conduct policy research and impact assessments.
• Prepare decision‑support products and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple organizations.
• Analyze emerging federal, DoD, and intelligence‑community guidance related to artificial intelligence, automation, and cybersecurity policy.

Required Education

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance or higher.
• 13+ years of experience supporting strategic planning, governance, or policy functions.
• Experience researching, interpreting, and drafting Federal/DoD cybersecurity policy, governance, or statutory‑compliance products.
• Experience with security policy development and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Air or Space Force organizations.
• Familiarity with CNSS policies.
• Cybersecurity governance experience.

This role is pending contract award and subject to customer approval.

Salary estimate: $135,000
